Service Agreement
You agree to follow all rules when renting a dumpster from our company.
Rental Period
Rentals run for the agreed days and extensions require advance notice.
Acceptable Materials
Only approved waste may go into the dumpster to stay compliant.
Site Access
You must provide clear access for delivery and removal of the container.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due before or at delivery of your Dumpster Rental.
Liability Limits
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the dumpster.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
Weight Restrictions
Exceeding weight limits results in additional charges for your rental.
Permit Responsibility
Customers secure any needed permits for public space placement.
Dispute Resolution
Issues are handled through direct contact before other steps.
Governing Law
State laws apply to all Dumpster Rental agreements with our company.
